Dr. John C. Hughes, D.O. of Aspen Integrative Medicine

John Hughes, D.O., practices osteopathic and intgrative medicine in the tradition of Andrew Taylor Still D.O. He has logged over 300 hours studying osteopathic manual medicine, cranial osteopathy, prolotherapy, oxidative medicine, IV nutrition, alternative cancer, environmental medicine, medical fasting, nutrition, and mind-body medicine.


Dr. Hughes holds biology and chemistry degrees from Furman University as well as a Master of Arts from Duke University in theological studies. After graduating from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007, he received training in family practice at the University of Arizona. He has spent the last two years focusing upon his board certification in integrative medicine.
